I joined Thermo Fisher in December of 2010 and am responsible for ensuring that our global colleagues understand their connection to the broader company goals and more importantly, recognize – and are proud of – their contributions toward our company’s amazing Mission, which is to enable our customers to make the world healthier, cleaner and safer.

I lead an incredible team of global communications professionals who help connect employees with our leaders, manage cross-business and functional change management communications initiatives, manage merger and acquisition communications strategies, and design and implement employee engagement programs and initiatives.

I am also the business owner for iConnect, Thermo Fisher’s employee intranet, and lead the Intranet Solutions group, which is a team of technical yet very strategic professionals who work with our businesses to develop SharePoint solutions for our internal customers.

In January 2017, our entire team – Communications and Intranet Solutions – achieved a significant milestone by successfully launching a completely redeveloped iConnect to 55,000 employees in 50 countries. It was an exciting and rewarding experience and I look forward to sharing the lessons we learned along the way.

Prior to joining Thermo Fisher, I led corporate marketing and communications in a variety of markets, including financial services, diagnostic testing, managed care, non-profit and agency.

I graduated from Villanova University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and am a diehard Wildcat fan. When not working, I can be found on the soccer field in snow, sleet, rain and sunshine cheering on my son who plays for his club and high school teams.
